Lewis Kerr asks Gemma Holt for discovery call slots. Gemma offers Wednesday afternoon or Thursday at 14:00, will bring customer service for the second half and will tell Rajesh. Logistical thread, no commercial terms.

Ask: Lewis wants an hour on systems to connect first, who will ask the questions and what a good result looks like for retailer reviews.

Customer view: Gemma is engaged and says the timing suits a coming retailer review. Her systems are a CRM, a helpdesk and many spreadsheets.

Next: confirm the slot and the customer service attendee, and ask Gemma for her short list of systems.

Hi Gemma, Thanks for getting back to us after the introduction. I'd like to book a proper discovery call so I can understand how commercial insights and customer service work at Harrowden today, and where the retailer accounts, service-level complaints and orders currently sit. To make the most of the time, it would help to cover three things: which systems you would want connected first, who would be asking the questions day to day, and what a good result looks like for your retailer reviews. No need to prepare anything formal. A rough picture is plenty. I'd suggest about an hour. Could you let me know a couple of slots that suit you next week? If anyone from customer service would like to join, they would be very welcome. Kind regards, Lewis Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BB-Demo

Hi Lewis, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy week with a retailer review coming up. That's exactly why this is on my list, so good timing. I can do Wednesday afternoon or Thursday at 14:00. Either works for me. I'll ask someone from customer service to join for the second half, as they're the ones who live in the complaints every day. I'll also let Rajesh know it's happening, as he'll want to hear what comes out of it. On systems, we have a CRM and a helpdesk and a lot of spreadsheets, so I'll try to get a short list together beforehand. On 2 Oct 2025, at 13:51, Lewis Kerr wrote: > I'd suggest about an hour.
