Current to 11 Oct 26Matteo Ricci sent a revised Enterprise order form draft with an exit plan schedule. Aoife Kinsella set three exit plan conditions and will not discuss price until they are settled. Signature target remains 4 Sep 2026.
Ask: Aoife wants the termination assistance section to state the support period, the data returned and its format. She also wants an owner against each exit step and incident notification wording matching the CISO's security review ask.
Customer view: the deal is open at £155,000 in total including implementation, but price is parked behind the exit plan. Ronan Tierney asks whether the CISO is content and whether Legal has been through the exit plan.
Next: the evidence does not show whether Aoife, Legal or the CISO accepted the 4 Aug 2026 draft, or whether signature happened in this thread.

- Matteo Ricci 27 Jul 2026 12:48Dear Ronan, Aoife, Niamh, Thank you for the time on our last call. I would like to set down in writing where we are, so that nobody has to rely on memory. The Enterprise order form is currently open at a total deal value of £155,000. To be clear, that figure is the total for the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as the annual subscription on its own. The annual figure is set out separately in the order form. I have attached a revised draft that adds an exit plan schedule and a termination assistance section, following the points Aoife raised. Our working target for signature is 4 Sep 2026, subject to your own policy steps being completed. I would rather say now that I cannot confirm any delivery dates until our engineering team has agreed them. Aoife, please tell me which parts of the exit plan you want changed first, and I will turn them round quickly. Best regards, Matteo
- Aoife Kinsella 30 Jul 2026 15:05Matteo, Thank you for the revised draft. I have confirmed we are all looking at the version dated 27 Jul 2026. From an outsourcing perspective, the exit plan needs to cover three things before we can move on. First, the termination assistance section should state the period of support and what data is returned, and in what format, from the customer's own Snowflake account. Second, the exit plan schedule should say who is responsible for each step, not only what the steps are. Third, the notification wording in the incident section needs to line up with what our CISO has asked for in the security review. The date of 4 Sep 2026 is still our target, subject to Legal. I will not discuss price until the exit plan is settled. Kind regards, Aoife Kinsella
- Matteo Ricci 4 Aug 2026 13:05Dear all, Thank you, Aoife, for the clear list. Let me confirm each point in writing. On termination assistance, we have added the support period and a description of the data returned. Because the brain runs inside Ardcarne's own Snowflake account, the data stays with you throughout. The schedule now names the format. On responsibilities, the exit plan schedule has an owner against every step, on both sides. On incident notification, the wording now follows the commitments set out in the post-incident review, which I sent to your CISO separately. The revised draft is attached. The target remains 4 Sep 2026. Our deal value is unchanged at £155,000 in total, including implementation. Owen is copied in case anything needs a senior view on our side. Ronan, no detail is needed from you at this stage. When Aoife and Legal are content, the only decision will be signature. Best regards, Matteo
- Ronan Tierney 4 Aug 2026 14:23Matteo, Thank you. Is our CISO content with the incident wording? Aoife and Niamh, please confirm to me once he is and once Legal has been through the exit plan. If both are done, let's proceed. Ronan
