Current to 11 Oct 26Esther Quaye sends Helen Marsden and Paul Rigby a post-QBR note on 23 Oct 2025: Growth subscription as contracted, no open tickets, steady usage, and actions on arrears sources and repairs dashboards. No customer reply in the thread.
Status: Esther records a Growth subscription with 40 licensed users, running to 1 Sep 2026, and usage with a small rise on the previous quarter. Helen's team remain the heaviest users.
Actions: Esther will send a note showing which systems and tables feed each arrears figure, and asks Paul for the repairs dashboards he relies on. Tom Ashdown is copied as account owner for anything commercial.
Next: there is no customer response in the thread, and the evidence does not show what happened at the 1 Sep 2026 contract end.

- Esther Quaye 23 Oct 2025 10:40Hi Helen, hi Paul, Thank you both for your time at the QBR. I wanted to get a written follow-up to you while it's fresh, so here is what I've logged, just so we're aligned. Where things stand - Your Growth subscription is running as contracted, with 40 licensed users, and the contract runs to 1 Sep 2026. - There are no open tickets and nothing high priority in the last month. - Usage is steady, with a small rise on the previous quarter. Helen, you and your team are still the heaviest users, and I'd like to understand who else in the organisation could benefit. Actions 1. Helen: you asked to see the source behind the arrears totals in the board pack. I'll pull together a short note showing which systems and which tables each figure comes from, and I'll send it to you both. 2. Paul: you mentioned a few repairs dashboards you'd like to check before the morning stand-up. Could you send me the names of the ones you rely on most, so I can look at when they refresh? I'm not able to promise anything on timing until I've seen them, but I'll chase engineering today if anything looks off. 3. Esther: I'll write up the notes from the session in the shared folder so anyone picking this up later has the full picture. Tom is copied in as your account owner, so he sees the same notes and can pick up anything commercial. I'll leave that with him. Please shout if I've missed or misremembered anything. Many thanks, Esther
