Calderbrook renewal: order form for signature

Hi Helen, Hope your week is going alright. As promised after Natalie's review, I have attached the renewal order form for Calderbrook. It is the same Growth tier as now, with 40 licensed users, and the annual figure on the form is £44,000. I'll confirm that against our system before you sign anything, but that is what I have in front of me. We are aiming to have it done by 11 Aug 2025 so the new term follows on cleanly from 1 Sep 2025. Hi Tom, Thank you for sending this over. A couple of questions before I can take it any further. First, can you show me the source of the £44,000? I would like to be sure it matches what we signed last year, because the board will ask and I would rather not guess. Second, the form says 40 users. Our regular users are well below that, so I want to understand whether that number is fixed or whether we have any flexibility. Hi Helen, Fair questions, and thanks for coming back so quickly. On the price: I have checked, and the order form carries the same £44,000 annual figure as your current term. The Growth tier is unchanged. I'll pull together the original order form from last year so you can set the two side by side, which should give you the source you need for finance. On users: the 40 is what the Growth tier includes and what is on your current contract. I would rather not change that on the back of an email, so let's get something in the diary for a quick chat and talk through what makes sense for you. On timing, 11 Aug 2025 is a target, not a deadline. Take the time you need with finance and procurement. Leave that with me and I will send the original form tomorrow. Cheers, Tom
