Current to 11 Oct 26Tom Ashdown asks for a call to go through the revised proposal terms. Helen Marsden has read it, finds the source table helpful, and still has one question on the arrears row. She agrees to Wednesday morning with Paul and Hannah and asks for an agenda.
Ask: Helen wants a short agenda beforehand with the arrears row on it, because the source does not quite match the section of the pack she expected. She wants Hannah to show the repairs answer rather than describe it.
Customer view: The revised proposal has moved her forward, but she needs a result she can take to her director afterwards.
Next: Tom sends the invite and agenda for Wednesday morning.

- Tom Ashdown 26 Jul 2024 09:21Morning Helen, Hope the week's ended well. The revised proposal should now be with you, with the source table and the split on the commercial page as we discussed. I'd like to get a call in the diary to go through the terms properly, so you can raise anything you want changed and we can settle it between us. Probably forty-five minutes or so. Would early next week suit, say Tuesday or Wednesday? Mornings are best on my side but I can move around. It would help to have Paul on if he's free, as the repairs counting question is part of it. I can ask Hannah to join for that bit if you'd like her there. Leave the invite with me once you've said which day works. Cheers, Tom
- Helen Marsden 29 Jul 2024 11:35Dear Tom, Thank you, and apologies for the delay in replying. I was tied up with the board pack on Friday. I have read the revised proposal. The source table helps and I am grateful for it. I still have one question on the arrears row, where the source does not quite match the section of the pack I was expecting, so I would like that on the agenda. Wednesday morning would work for me. Tuesday is taken by our performance meeting. Paul can join, and yes, please have Hannah on for the repairs section. I would like her to show the answer rather than describe it. Could you send the invite and a short agenda beforehand? It will help me prepare what I need to take to my director afterwards. Kind regards, Helen
