What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Tom Ashdown recaps the demo and says a Growth proposal is coming, with £56,000 total deal value as a working figure. Paul Rigby replies with his repairs fields and asks to see duplicate jobs handled in the demo.
Ask: Tom recaps three requests: job-level reconciliation to the housing system, duplicate handling, and complaints next to repairs. He asks Paul for repairs fields for Hannah Lowe.
Customer view: Paul's priority is that each job is counted once and he wants it shown, not said. He offers a sample extract and says Helen has approved it.
Next: Paul asks for an update on proposal timing. Tom says nothing is fixed until the proposal is seen, with an order form target of 16 Aug 2024.

- Tom Ashdown 10 Jul 2024 11:44Hi Helen, hi Paul, Thanks both for your time this morning. I thought it went well, and the questions were exactly the right ones. Helen, you were clear that the board will want to trace every figure back to its source, and Paul, your point about how the repairs jobs come through from the housing system was a good one. Hannah has made a note of it and I've copied her in. A quick recap of where we landed: - You'd like to see the repairs and arrears numbers lined up against what the housing management system holds, job by job where possible. - Paul would like to understand how the brain treats a repairs job that appears more than once in the source, so the counts stay honest. - Helen would like to see how the complaints and tenant call data sit next to the repairs picture. On the commercial side, I'm putting together a Growth proposal. The total deal value we're working to is £56,000, but I'll confirm exactly what that covers, including the implementation, when the proposal comes over. Nothing is fixed until you've seen it. We're aiming to have the order form wrapped up by 16 Aug 2024, though that's only a target and we'll work to your pace. Paul, if you could send Hannah a short note on the repairs fields you care most about, she can come back with a proper written answer. No drama, and no rush. Leave the rest with me. Cheers, Tom
- Paul Rigby 12 Jul 2024 14:57Tom, Fields I care about for repairs: - job reference - date raised and date completed - trade and contractor - status - property reference Main thing is each job counted once. If a job shows up twice in the source, I need to know which one the brain keeps and why. Can that be shown in the demo, not just said? I can send a sample extract with the job refs if Hannah wants one. Helen has said it's fine. Any update on the proposal timing, shout. Paul
