Current to 11 Oct 26Logistical thread: Tom Ashdown asks for demo days and attendees. Helen Marsden offers Tuesday or Thursday mornings next week, adds repairs and analyst attendees, and asks that the demo handle the section three rent arrears figure.
Ask: Tom proposes an hour on a slice of Calderbrook's data. Helen agrees and names who will attend.
Customer view: She wants the non-reconciling rent arrears figure from section three of the board pack handled head on, not avoided.
Next: Tom needs to confirm a Tuesday or Thursday morning slot and make sure the demo is set up to trace that figure to its source.

- Tom Ashdown 9 Jul 2024 08:24Hi Helen, Hope the week's treating you well. Thanks for the time on the call last week, it was really useful to hear how the board pack gets put together today and where the figures stop reconciling. As promised, I'd like to get a demo in the diary. The idea is to run it on a slice of your own data rather than a canned example, so you can see tenant calls, repairs tickets, complaints and arrears sat side by side and ask it the sort of question the board would ask. It would run for about an hour. Our solutions engineer will drive it, and I'll be there to take notes and keep us honest. Could you let me know which days suit you best over the next fortnight, and who from your team you'd want in the room? Happy to work round whoever needs to see the repairs part in particular. No drama if it takes a few days to come back to me. Best, Tom Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Helen Marsden 11 Jul 2024 11:10Hi Tom, Thanks for this. An hour on our own data is what I'd hoped for, as the board will ask where each number comes from and I want to be able to show the source. Next week works, either Tuesday or Thursday, in the morning. A colleague from the repairs team will join for the repairs part. I would also like one of my analysts there, so they can see how a question is turned into an answer. One request: could the demo include the rent arrears figure as it appears in section three of the current board pack? That is the one that doesn't reconcile at the moment, and I would rather see it handled head on than avoided. Kind regards, Helen
