Current to 11 Oct 26Logistical thread: Tom Ashdown asks who will provide a data extract and for demo slots. Helen Marsden points him to IT, wants the arrears section shown first, and asks for the list of fields in advance.
Ask: Tom needs a small housing management system extract so the demo runs on Calderbrook's own data. Helen names IT as the source and will introduce him.
Customer view: She wants control over what is taken and asks to see the exact fields before the extract goes anywhere.
Next: Tom owes her the field list and will arrange the extract with IT. Her availability is mornings, mid next week or the Thursday after.

- Tom Ashdown 2 Jul 2024 12:00Hi Helen, Hope your week's off to a decent start. I'd like to book the demo. The idea is to run it on a sample of your own data rather than anything generic, so you can see an arrears figure traced back to its source, which I know is what you're after. To do that, our team will need a small extract from the housing management system beforehand, and we'll agree with your IT colleagues how it's handled so nothing leaves your control. Could you let me know: - who on your side should provide the extract; - whether your analyst who looks after repairs can join; - a couple of slots that suit you, ideally in the next fortnight. Leave the logistics with me once you've told me who to speak to. Cheers, Tom Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Helen Marsden 5 Jul 2024 11:08Dear Tom, Thank you, and apologies for the delay. It has been a heavy few days with the board pack. For the extract, please speak to a colleague in our IT team. I will introduce you by email separately so that they know to expect you. My analyst will join the demo, and I would like the arrears section to be the first thing you show. As for timing, the middle of next week or the Thursday after would both work. Mornings are better for me. One request: please send me in advance a list of exactly which fields you will be taking, so I can see it before it goes anywhere. Kind regards, Helen
