Current to 11 Oct 26Tasha Greene, Procurement Director, told Jordan Pike that Quillmark Health has decided not to proceed with BB-Demo and will use another vendor. The proposal is closed on their side and no written feedback will be given.
Ask: Jordan Pike set out a signature target of 31 Jul 2026 for the Enterprise deal and asked Megan Alvarez and Tasha Greene what remained open on security and procurement. He copied Owen Tallis as the VP Sales now on the commercial side.
Customer view: Tasha replied on 3 Jul 2026 that the evaluation has concluded and the proposal is closed. Quillmark Health gives no reason and does not give written feedback as a matter of policy.
Next: the thread shows no reply from Megan and no stated reason, so the cause of the loss is unknown.

- Jordan Pike 30 Jun 2026 13:53Megan, Tasha, I'm copying Owen Tallis, our VP Sales, since he's now on the commercial side of this with me. Here's where we are. The Enterprise deal is in negotiation, at the deal value on the current paper. Our target on the calendar is Friday 31 July 2026 for signature, and I'd rather give you a realistic date than a hopeful one. To be transparent about sequencing: I understand commercial terms sit behind security clearance on your side, so I'm not asking Tasha to negotiate before Megan is satisfied. What I'd like is clarity on the path. Two questions: - Megan, are there findings still open from your review that we can still answer in writing? - Tasha, what does your process need from us to move the vendor file forward, and in what order? What would make this a yes? If the answer is that it won't be, I'd like to know that too. Thanks, Jordan
- Tasha Greene 3 Jul 2026 13:39Jordan, Thank you for your note and for the information you have provided throughout the evaluation. Per our process, the evaluation has concluded. At this time, Quillmark Health has decided not to proceed with BB-Demo and will move forward with another vendor. Please treat the proposal as closed on our side. As a matter of policy, we do not provide detailed feedback on evaluation outcomes in writing. The vendor file is now closed and I will retain your documentation per our records requirements. We appreciate your time and effort, and that of your colleagues, over the course of the evaluation. Best regards, Tasha Greene, Procurement Director
