What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Logistical thread: Jordan Pike proposed a demo on Quillmark's own data and Ben Kowalski accepted Thursday at 10:00 Eastern. He asked that it avoid anything needing security sign-off beyond what is already reviewed.
Ask: Jordan wants a live hospital client view built from sources already shared. He asked who should attend and which client to use.
Customer view: Ben is keen, but does not want his team forced to say no mid-demo. He will bring two client-services staff and an analyst.
Next: Ben confirms which larger hospital group can be used before Thursday.

- Jordan Pike 9 Apr 2026 16:32Ben, Following up on our last conversation. I'd like to get a demo on the calendar so your team can see the brain running against your own data, not a canned example. Agenda is simple: a short setup recap, then a live walk through a hospital client view built from the sources you've already shared with us, then questions. I'll keep to the hour and flag the time if we drift. Two things would help me prepare. First, who from client services should be there? Second, is there a particular hospital client you'd like me to use as the example? Whoever the team deals with most is probably the most convincing. I have openings Monday and Thursday next week, mornings Eastern. What works for you? Thanks, Jordan
- Ben Kowalski 9 Apr 2026 17:43Jordan, This is exactly the gap we've been talking about, so yes, let's do it. Thursday morning works, 10:00 Eastern if you have it. I'll bring two people from client services plus one of my analysts who knows the data model. For the example client, I'd pick one of our larger hospital groups. I'll check which one is okay to use and tell you before Thursday. One ask: please keep it away from anything that would need security sign-off beyond what's already been reviewed. I don't want to put the team in a spot where they have to say no mid-demo. Ben
