What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Logistical thread: Jordan Pike proposed a discovery session and Ben Kowalski accepted Friday at 15:00. He will bring client-services and data engineering staff and wants to brief the CISO himself first.
Ask: Jordan proposed an hour-long agenda covering client-services workflow, systems to connect, Snowflake setup and security review. Ben asked for a calendar invite he can forward.
Customer view: He says this is exactly the gap they keep running into. He wants to socialise security internally before the CISO is invited.
Next: Send the invite for Friday at 15:00.

- Jordan Pike 3 Mar 2026 12:02Hi Ben, Quick note to get our discovery session booked. Here's where we are: you've told me the goal is one view of each hospital client for your client-services teams, and I want the session to be built around that so we're not wasting anyone's time. Proposed agenda, about an hour: - How client-services works today and where the spreadsheets get in the way - Which systems would need to connect to the brain, and who owns each one - How your Snowflake setup is organised - Security and review process, so we know what your team needs from us and when I could do Thursday or Friday afternoon, anything after 14:00 your time. What would make this a yes for you on timing? If it helps, bring along whoever knows the CRM and the call recorder best, and your security lead if they want to sit in early. Thanks, Jordan
- Ben Kowalski 3 Mar 2026 14:51Jordan, Love it, this is exactly the gap we keep running into. Friday afternoon works better for me. Say 15:00? Thursday is jammed with client reviews. I'll pull in two people from client-services and one of my data engineers who knows our Snowflake estate. On security, let me socialise it internally first. I'd rather our CISO hears about it from me than from a calendar invite out of nowhere, and I'm not going to speak for her on what the review needs. Can you send over the agenda in a calendar invite so I can forward it? Short and sweet is fine. Ben
