Current to 10 Oct 26After discovery, Jordan Pike proposed a demo on Quillmark's own data. Ben Kowalski chose Thursday afternoon, named the attendees, said security may join but he will not push them, and will pick a hospital group for the worked example.
Ask: Jordan wanted the demo booked quickly, the right client-services attendees, and security present for the data-handling part.
Customer view: Ben is positive and supplied the room: himself, client-services leads and an analyst. Security attendance and the example hospital group are both still open.
Next: Jordan should lock the Thursday afternoon slot and prepare around the hospital group Ben picks. The thread does not show the demo being held.

- Jordan Pike 12 Feb 2026 17:23Hi Ben, Great talking earlier. Here's where we are: discovery is done, and the next step is the demo on your own data, running inside your Snowflake account. To be transparent, I'd like to get it on the calendar before the week ends so we don't lose momentum. Two things I need from you to make it worth everyone's time: - Who from client services should be in the room. I'd rather have the people who actually juggle the hospital client views than a big audience. - Whether someone from your security team can join for the last part. I'd much prefer they hear how the data stays in your account directly from us, rather than second hand. I can do Tuesday or Thursday next week, mornings or afternoons Eastern. What would make this a yes for your side? If there's a particular hospital client you want us to use as the worked example, tell me and I'll prep around it. Thanks, Jordan
- Ben Kowalski 12 Feb 2026 19:45Jordan, Love it, this is exactly the gap. Thursday works better for me, afternoon if you can. Tuesday is a mess with our quarterly client reviews. For the room: me, a couple of the client-services leads, and one of my analysts who knows the Snowflake side. I'll ask security if someone can join for the last part. Let me socialise it internally and I'll confirm who's coming. I can't promise they'll make it, they have their own queue, and I'm not going to push them. For the worked example, let's use one of our bigger hospital groups. I'll check which one is okay to show and come back to you.
