Current to 10 Oct 26Jordan Pike asked Ben Kowalski for a discovery call. Ben said it is exactly the gap, with client-services teams in spreadsheets, but would only socialise it with security. Jordan then moved the call to early the following week.
Ask: Jordan proposed forty-five minutes on how client-services teams build a hospital client picture and how the brain runs in the customer's Snowflake account.
Customer view: Ben is positive and names a clear need, but he cannot promise security's involvement because they have their own process.
Next: Jordan could not match Ben's slots and proposed the first part of next week. The thread does not show Ben confirming.

- Jordan Pike 23 Jan 2026 10:40Hi Ben, Good to be in touch. To be transparent about why I'm writing: I'd like to set up a discovery call so we can understand how your client-services teams work today and see whether BB-Demo is a fit for giving them one view of each hospital client. Here's the plan for the call: - Walk through how your teams currently pull a client picture together - Cover how the brain runs inside your own Snowflake account - Flag early anything your security and procurement folks will want to look at, so nothing surprises you later Could we do forty-five minutes, either Tuesday or Wednesday next week? Afternoons Eastern time are best for me. Bring anyone from your team who should be in the room, including someone from security if you like. What would make this a yes for you? Let me know what works. Thanks, Jordan
- Ben Kowalski 27 Jan 2026 15:50Jordan, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a crazy few days. Love the plan, and this is exactly the gap we have right now. Our client-services people are living in spreadsheets. Tuesday is gone now, obviously. Could we do Wednesday or Thursday of this week instead? Early afternoon is best for me. I'll pull in a couple of folks from the client-services side. Let me socialise it with security first and see who wants to join. I can't promise anything on their end, they have their own process. Ben
- Jordan Pike 29 Jan 2026 16:27Hi Ben, Thanks for the patience, and apologies on my side. Here's where we are: I couldn't get a slot that matched what you offered this week, so I'd like to lock in the first part of next week instead. I'll send a calendar invite with a time in the early afternoon Eastern, forty-five minutes, with the agenda from my last note. If security wants to join, tell me who and I'll make sure they get the plain answers on how data is handled in your Snowflake account, good and not so good. I'd rather they hear it from me up front. Let me know if that timing works, or give me a better window and I'll move things around. Thanks, Jordan
