Would BB-Demo be willing to talk again?

Dear Daniel, I hope you are well. I appreciate that it is some months since we last corresponded, and that the circumstances then were not of your making. I will be candid. Since we moved across to Signalvane, it has become clear that it does not cover member queries or trustee calls in the way that we had come to rely on. Our relationship managers are doing by hand what the brain used to do for them, and trustees have noticed. I would welcome a conversation, if BB-Demo would be willing to talk to us again. I should say plainly that I cannot make any promise on the group's behalf at this stage, but I would like to understand what would be possible. Kind regards, Douglas Baird

Dear Douglas, Thank you for writing, and for being so open about it. I was very glad to see your name in my inbox. Of course we would talk again. Member queries and trustee calls were always at the heart of what Lornefield wanted from the brain, so I understand why the gap is being felt, and I'm sorry your team has been carrying that by hand. I think the right next step is for me to bring in a colleague from the commercial side, since they will want to hear what you need and what the group would need to see. I'll come back to you by early next week with a proposal for a first conversation, at a time that suits you.
