Current to 10 Oct 26After the QBR, Douglas Baird called the trustee-call material the most useful part but asked to return to the renewal nearer the time, saying he cannot speak to the group's position.
Ask: Daniel Okafor wants to talk about the renewal before the autumn is out and to look at bringing member-query tickets into the trustee-call summaries.
Customer view: Douglas welcomes the tickets conversation but defers the renewal. His line on the group's position is unexplained, and the thread does not show what it refers to.
Next: Imogen Hartley will keep Daniel in touch on the day-to-day.

- Daniel Okafor 31 Jul 2025 15:05Dear Imogen, dear Douglas, Thank you both for your time on the review call. Just to close the loop, here is what we covered: - Usage across the licensed users has been steady and has grown a little since the spring, with the scheme-relationship managers asking most of the questions. - You raised the idea of bringing the member-query tickets into the trustee-call summaries more directly. I will look at what that needs and come back to you. - The current term runs to 2 Apr 2026, so we have plenty of time, but I would like us to talk about the renewal before the autumn is out. How is the team finding it on the day-to-day? If there is anything you would like on the agenda for the next review, do tell me. Best wishes, Daniel
- Douglas Baird 5 Aug 2025 17:33Dear Daniel, Thank you for the helpful summary, which matches my own notes. In fairness, the team have found the trustee-call material the most useful part, and I would welcome a conversation about the tickets as you suggest. As to the renewal, I would prefer we return to it nearer the time. The group's position is not something I can speak to at present, but I will let you know as soon as I am able. Imogen will keep you in touch with the day-to-day in the meantime. Kind regards, Douglas Baird
