Current to 11 Oct 26Nell Ashcombe followed up a call proposing Lornefield move from Starter to Growth, aiming for signature on 2024-03-20. Imogen Hartley is happy to proceed from the data side if the onboarding plan for new teams goes into the order form.
Ask: Nell set out the move to Growth for more users and teams, the dashboards builder and quarterly reviews. She asked each contact what they need to see in the order form.
Customer view: Imogen agreed with the recap but wants the onboarding plan written in, not left as a conversation. Douglas Baird and Morag Lindsay still need to review commercial terms.
Next: Nell agreed to write the onboarding plan into the order form with a named owner. Owen Tallis is to send the commercial terms separately.

- Nell Ashcombe 12 Mar 2024 16:52Hello all, Thank you for the time today. I said I would put the main points in writing, so here they are. What we discussed: moving Lornefield from Starter to Growth. The scheme-relationship managers are using the brain more than when you started, and the Starter allowance of fifteen licensed users is now a limit you can feel. Growth would give you room for more people and more teams, and adds the dashboards builder and quarterly reviews with Daniel. The proposal is with you and I have asked Owen to keep it open. We are working towards signature on 20 Mar 2024, which also leaves a clean gap before your current term ends on 2 Apr 2024. Nothing is fixed until you are happy, so say what is missing. One ask: could you each tell me what you would need to see in the order form before it goes to Douglas for signature? Best, Nell
- Imogen Hartley 13 Mar 2024 11:23Nell, Thank you for this, it matches my memory of the call. The real question for me is whether the extra teams can get value quickly, so I would like the onboarding plan for them written into the order form rather than left as a conversation. I have also asked the relationship managers to list the people who would come on first. I will send that to Daniel by the end of the week. From the data side I am happy to proceed. Douglas and Morag will want to look at the commercial terms. Best, Imogen
- Nell Ashcombe 13 Mar 2024 13:53Hello all, Thanks, Imogen. That is a fair ask and we will write the onboarding plan for the new teams into the order form, with Daniel named as the owner. Douglas, Morag, Owen will send the commercial terms over to you separately. If anything there is unclear, tell me directly and I will deal with it. If it is wrong, that one is on us and we will correct it. Best, Nell
