Ask: None from the customer. Nell offered to reissue the invoice if anything needs adding to match Lornefield's process.
Customer view: The evidence does not show a reply from Morag, so there is no customer position on the invoice.
Next: The subscription term runs from 3 Apr 2023 to 2 Apr 2024, which sets the renewal timeline. Payment against the 3 May 2023 due date should be checked in accounting.

Nell Ashcombe 3 Apr 2023 13:53Hi Morag, Your first invoice for the brain is attached. It was issued today, 3 Apr 2023, and covers the Starter tier for fifteen users from today to 2 Apr 2024. The net amount, VAT and gross amount are set out on the invoice itself, so you have them line by line for your records. Payment terms are thirty days, which makes the due date 3 May 2023. If you need anything added to the invoice to match your own process, tell me and I'll have it reissued. That one would be on us to fix. Best, Nell
