Current to 10 Oct 26Imogen Hartley is comfortable on the data side but wants day-to-day connector ownership written down. Finance needs the contract period on each invoice. Nell Ashcombe agreed both and kept the 17 Mar 2023 signature date.
Ask: Imogen asked for connector ownership to be written down so it does not drift. She also said Morag Lindsay will want the contract period shown on each invoice.
Customer view: Constructive. Imogen is comfortable from the data side, and the only conditions are about clarity of responsibility and invoice detail.
Next: Nell will name the owner of each connector in the order form and show the contract period on every invoice. A revised draft is due early the following week.

- Nell Ashcombe 1 Mar 2023 11:46Douglas, Imogen, Morag, I've copied Morag in as she'll see the paperwork through to payment. Where we are: the total value of the deal as it stands is the figure in the proposal, which includes the one-off implementation fee. We are aiming to have the paperwork signed by 17 Mar 2023. Two things I need from you: - any comments on the draft terms - what Morag needs on the invoice so it can be paid without a query Best, Nell
- Imogen Hartley 2 Mar 2023 09:22Hi Nell, Thanks. From the data side I'm comfortable. The real question is who owns the connectors day to day, and I'd like that written down so it doesn't drift. On invoicing, Morag will want the contract period shown on each invoice. She'll confirm anything else herself. Best, Imogen
- Nell Ashcombe 3 Mar 2023 17:49Imogen, Douglas, Morag, That's fine on both counts. I'll name the owner of each connector in the order form, and every invoice will show the contract period it covers. The revised draft will follow early next week. The signature date of 17 Mar 2023 still stands. Best, Nell
