Current to 11 Oct 26Tom Ashdown sent the Starter renewal order form before the term ended on 3 Jan 2026. Rob Ellery had not looked properly, asked if it is the same as last year, and wants to check usage with Jenna before signing. Unsigned in the thread.
Ask: Tom wanted the order form signed before Christmas, and then before the term end. He described it as the same tier, users and connectors.
Customer view: Rob said the team is flat out and he wants to confirm that people still use it before he signs anything. He asked whether it is the same as last year.
Next: Tom promised the exact figure alongside the signature page and offered a call. The thread does not show a signature or the figure.

- Tom Ashdown 18 Dec 2025 15:21Hi Rob, Hope your week's been alright. Your current term ends on 3 Jan 2026, so I've put the renewal order form together and attached it for signature. It's the same Starter tier, same number of users, same connectors as now. I'll confirm the figure with you before you sign, so please check it on the form itself rather than taking my word from memory. Usage has gone up nicely this autumn, which Marcus will have told you about. No drama on our side. Could you sign it before Christmas if you can? Leave that with me if there are any questions and I'll sort them. Cheers, Tom
- Rob Ellery 23 Dec 2025 12:41Tom, To be straight with you, the team's flat out and I haven't had a chance to look properly. Is it the same as last year? I'll want to check with Jenna that people are still using it before I sign anything. Rob
- Tom Ashdown 29 Dec 2025 11:59Hi Rob, Yes, same tier and same terms as the current year, nothing added. I'll send you the exact figure from the form alongside the signature page so you've got it in one place. On usage, Jenna has the numbers from Marcus and they're moving the right way, so it should be a quick conversation. The current term finishes on 3 Jan 2026, so it would be good to have it signed before then. Let's get something in the diary if it's easier to go through it by phone. Cheers, Tom
