Marcus Bell gave notice that the Starter subscription renews on 3 Jan 2025 at £19,500 with fifteen users, unchanged. Rob Ellery does not reply in the thread.

Ask: Marcus set out the renewal terms early and offered a call to walk through usage and what else the brain could do for the placements pipeline.

Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so Hollins Tarrant's position is not shown. Marcus reports steady usage and nothing raised with support.

Next: Tom Ashdown holds the order form and the final figure.

Hi Rob, Just a heads up that your Starter subscription with us comes up for renewal on 3 Jan 2025. I'm writing now so there are no surprises and you have plenty of time to think about it. Where things stand: - Plan: Starter, same as now - Licensed users: fifteen, same as now - Annual fee: £19,500, the same as your current term Tom has the renewal paperwork on his side and will confirm the final figure and send the order form across. He's copied in so you can come straight to him on anything commercial. From my side, I've pulled the numbers on how the brain is being used and it's been steady through the last quarter, with a handful of people in regularly and nothing raised with our support team. Happy to jump on a call and walk through what the team is getting out of it, and what else it could do for the placements pipeline, if that would help you decide. I know the team's flat out, so no need to reply in detail. If you're happy to carry on as is, a quick line back to me or Tom and we will sort it. Shall we book half an hour in the next couple of weeks? Thanks, Marcus Marcus Bell Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
