Ask: Tom Ashdown held the deal total as in the proposal and set 13 Dec 2023 as the date to settle for a start ahead of the new year.
Customer view: Rob Ellery said he understands the total is not moving. He needs to sit down with Jenna before committing and would not promise a date.

We can't move it, but I'm happy to go through what's in the Starter tier again if that helps you weigh it up. If we can settle it by 13 Dec 2023, we'll have you up and running ahead of the new year.
