What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Rob Ellery had not read the Starter proposal and asked what he would be paying for and whether the total is yearly. Tom Ashdown explained it includes implementation and the first year. Rob wants Jenna Price to review a breakdown.
Ask: Rob Ellery, Managing Director, asked what Hollins Tarrant would be paying for, what the set-up part is, and whether the total recurs every year.
Customer view: He is time-pressed and wants things short. After Tom Ashdown's explanation he said it helps, and he wants Jenna to look at the breakdown before he says anything, as she will live with it.
Next: Tom owes a one-page breakdown separating implementation from subscription. Jenna Price, Operations Manager, is the next reviewer.

- Tom Ashdown 10 Nov 2023 16:55Hi both, Thanks for your time on the call this week. As promised, here is the proposal for the Starter tier, to give you client accounts, the placements pipeline and client-facing tickets in one place. The total deal value in the document is the figure on the front page. I'm going from the paperwork, so I'll confirm anything you want to double-check. Let's get something in the diary for next week to go through it. Leave that with me. Best, Tom
- Rob Ellery 14 Nov 2023 14:01Tom, To be straight with you, I've not read all of it. What would we be paying for, and what's the set-up bit? The total isn't what I'd expect to pay every year, is it? The team's flat out, so keep it short. Rob
- Tom Ashdown 16 Nov 2023 13:43Hi Rob, Fair question, and my fault for not making it clearer. The total is the value of the whole deal, so it includes the one-off implementation fee as well as the first year's subscription. It is not the yearly price. The implementation is the work to connect your systems and get the brain running. I'll send a one-page breakdown so you can see the two parts separately. No drama. Cheers, Tom
- Rob Ellery 17 Nov 2023 14:38Tom, That helps. Send the breakdown. I want Jenna to look at it before I say anything, as she'll be the one living with it. Rob
