After the demo, Tom Ashdown offered a Starter proposal and copied Tobias Renwick on security. Rob Ellery called the demo useful, asked what it costs and how soon value shows, and wants a decision by 13 Dec 2023.

Ask: Rob wants the proposal to state what Hollins Tarrant would pay and how long before anyone sees a benefit. He will review it with Jenna Price, who runs the systems.

Customer view: Josh Penrose was keen and the demo was useful, but Rob stresses a flat-out team. His decision target is 13 Dec 2023.

Next: Tom must send the Starter proposal. Tom also asked who else would use it daily, and Rob did not answer that.

Hi all, Thanks for your time today, much appreciated. Good to see the demo running on your own client accounts and the placements pipeline rather than a slide deck. Josh, I took your point about spotting which clients have gone quiet. That's exactly what we'd want to show you properly. I've copied in Tobias, our CTO, because Jenna asked how the data sits in your own Snowflake account and what your security people would need to see. He can answer that far better than I can. Next step from me: a short written proposal for the Starter tier. Before I write it, could you tell me who else on the team would use it day to day? Then let's get something in the diary for a proper chat about it. Cheers, Tom

Tom, Thanks. To be straight with you, the demo was useful. Josh was keen. The team's flat out though, so I need to know what we'd be paying for and how long it takes before anyone sees a benefit. Send the proposal and I'll go through it with Jenna. She runs our systems, I don't. We'd like to be decided well before Christmas, so 13 Dec 2023 is about right for us.
