It now has the live-date commitments for the HubSpot and Zendesk connectors and the refresh service level written in, as you asked. The total value on the order form is the total deal value, which includes the one-off implementation, so it isn't the annual subscription on its own. You mentioned wanting this signed by 16 Dec 2025. If anything holds it up on your side, tell me early and we'll sort it. Best, Tom
