I'd like to get a check-in in the diary with you before the autumn, mainly to walk you through how the brain is being used at Brackwell and to hear what you'd want from it. I've pulled the numbers for the last few months and there are a couple of things I'd like to show you. Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. Shall we book half an hour? It will show: - active users against the licensed users, trend by month - questions asked, month by month - the two recent tickets and how they were handled You're right that activity has dropped back, and I don't want to dress that up. I'd rather go through it with the real figures in front of us, including what's still being used and by whom. Would next Tuesday at 14:00 work? If not, Wednesday morning is also free on my side.
