Current to 10 Oct 26Sofia Marchetti told Finance Director Gareth Whitlam that the nightly refresh did not complete properly on 22 Jul 2026 and Brackwell was affected. The brain was available but data was behind. No customer response in the thread.
Notice: Sofia owned the problem, said data may be behind source systems and gave no root cause yet. Delivery-exception tickets and call summaries were likeliest to look old.
Customer view: There is no customer response in the thread.
Next: Sofia will write again once the fix is deployed and the data is brought up to date, and asked to hear of any decision relying on the brain today.

- Sofia Marchetti 22 Jul 2026 13:15Gareth, I would rather you heard this from me than only from the status page. At 11:40 this morning we posted a notice to all affected customers: the nightly refresh on your brain did not complete properly, and Brackwell is one of the accounts caught by it. Let's be clear about what happened. The brain is up and answering, but the data behind it has not caught up, so some of what your revenue operations team and the depot account managers see will be behind your source systems. Delivery-exception tickets and call summaries are the likeliest to look old. Our engineers are working on a fix now. I will write to you again once it is deployed and the data has been brought up to date. I do not have a root cause I am prepared to put in writing yet, and I would rather say that than guess. Until I confirm, I would treat anything time-sensitive in the brain as possibly out of date and check the source system for it. If anyone on your side is making a decision today that leans on the brain, tell me and I will make sure someone looks at that specifically. I own this. Reply here or ring me if it is easier to talk it through. Best regards, Sofia Marchetti Head of Customer Success, BB-Demo
