Follow-up from the review and next steps

Hi Gareth, hi Aisha, Thanks both for your time on the review call. Here is a short note of what we covered and what I've got to do. What we covered: - usage across the depot teams has dipped over the last quarter, and a small group is doing most of the asking - Aisha is looking after the admin side at the moment and would like more help with it - Gareth would like a clearer picture of what the brain is used for week to week What I'll do: - send a usage breakdown by person, so you can both see who is using what - set up a short admin session with Aisha, so she isn't working through it alone What I need from you: - Aisha, could you tell me which depot teams you'd most like to see using it? Hi Marcus, Thanks for the summary, that matches my notes. Just flagging a couple of things from my side. The Tuesday operations review is the thing I most need to be right, so if a session could cover how I check that the figures are current before the review, that would help me most. I've attached a screenshot of the page I usually start from, in case it shows what I'm looking at. On which teams, I think it's the depot account managers. A couple of them tried it at the start and I'm not sure they came back. Is it me, or is it quite hard to see who has stopped using it? I don't want to guess why, so I'd rather ask them first.
