Current to 10 Oct 26Alice Brewer invited Liam Doherty to BB-Demo Customer Day London on 11 Jun 2026 and asked whether he would share how Brackwell uses the brain. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Alice wants a yes or no on attendance, a colleague to come along, and possibly a few words from Liam on getting depots to use the data.
Customer view: There is no customer response in the thread, so interest is unknown.
Next: Alice promised a draft for approval before anything is shared and a place on the next event if the date fails.

- Alice Brewer 5 Jun 2026 12:03Hi Liam, I'm writing to invite you to BB-Demo Customer Day London, our in-person day for customers, on Thursday 11 June 2026. The day is built around customers sharing how they use the brain day to day, and swapping what has and hasn't worked. The story here is how a revenue operations team has put one view of accounts, calls and delivery-exception tickets in front of depot account managers, and Brackwell is a good example of that. Your approach to getting the depots using the data is the sort of thing other heads of revenue operations ask us about. Two asks, if you're able: - Let me know whether you can make it, so I can hold you a place. - If you're happy, bring a colleague. A depot account manager or your operations analyst would get a lot from it. If you'd be open to saying a few words about how Brackwell uses the brain, I'll send a draft for your approval before anything is shared. I wouldn't put your name or any figure on it without your written say-so. I know it's short notice, so if the date doesn't work, tell me and I'll make sure you're on the list for the next one. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BB-Demo
