Current to 10 Oct 26Liam Doherty, Head of Revenue Operations, told Marcus Bell he is leaving and is handing the admin role to Aisha Rahman. He puts the activity dip down to depot managers who moved roles. The contract runs to 30 Nov 2026.
Ask: Liam wants Marcus to help Aisha get comfortable on the admin side and promises a handover note covering connectors, saved questions and who asks what.
Customer view: Liam says the dip is because nobody has chased depot users, not because people dislike the brain. He wants the depots on it properly in the next few months.
Next: the champion is leaving and the contract end is named. Marcus has promised an admin walkthrough, usage numbers and a word with Tom.

- Liam Doherty 5 Jun 2026 10:11Hi Marcus, Bit of news, and I wanted you to hear it from me. I'm leaving Brackwell at the end of next week. It's been a good run and I'm proud of what we built with the brain, but it's time for something new. I don't want the brain to drift when I go, so I'm handing the admin role to Aisha. She already knows the depot teams and the Tuesday review better than I do. I'll write a proper handover note before I finish, covering the connectors, the saved questions the depots use and who asks what. Could you help Aisha get comfortable on the admin side? She's copied here. One view, that's the point, and I'd hate for it to be lost. Cheers, Liam
- Marcus Bell 8 Jun 2026 10:37Hi Liam, Thanks for telling me directly, and congratulations on the next step. You'll be missed on this account. Here's what I suggest: - Aisha, I'll walk you through the admin view: users, connectors and how to read the usage pages. - Liam, your handover note would be a great starting point. Anything about which depots rely on which saved questions is gold. - I'll pull usage numbers so you both see where things stand before Liam goes. Activity has dipped a bit recently and it's worth understanding why, so I'd like to hear from you both on that. Shall we book half an hour on Wednesday or Thursday? I'll share my screen and take it from there. I'll also let Tom know. He looks after the commercial side and the contract runs to 30 Nov 2026, so he'll want to know who to talk to. Thanks, Marcus
- Liam Doherty 8 Jun 2026 12:02Marcus, Thursday works for me, and Aisha can say if it works for her. Yes, tell Tom, no problem. On the dip, my honest view is that a couple of depot managers moved roles and nobody picked up their questions. It's not that people dislike the brain, it's that nobody has been chasing them. That's one for Aisha and the depot leads to take on once I've gone, and I'll put it in the note. Can we get the depots on it properly in the next few months? That's the thing I'd most like to see happen. Cheers, Liam
