Brackwell check-in - finding half an hour

Hi Liam, Hope the week's started well. I'd like to get a check-in in the diary for the brain at Brackwell, ideally this week or early next. I've pulled the numbers for the last few months and there are a few things I'd like to go through with you: - how many people are logging in compared with earlier in the year (it's lower, and I'd like to understand why from your side) - which depots are using it and which have gone quiet - anything that's got in the way, or that you'd like us to sort before the contract comes up for renewal on 30 Nov 2026 Nothing urgent and nothing wrong that I know of. I'd just rather have the conversation now than leave it. I know you've got a lot on. Shall we book half an hour? Marcus, Love that you've pulled the numbers, thanks. Honestly not surprised it's dipped. I've been stretched, and the depot managers drifted off it. Can we get the depots on it? That was always the point, one view, not six spreadsheets. Half an hour works. Thursday morning is best for me, before the diary fills up. Sooner is better than later, it gets tighter as the month goes on. One ask: send me the list of who's logged in by depot before we speak, so I can see who I need to chase.
