Marcus Bell offered three slots for a short check-in. Liam Doherty chose Wednesday at 14:00, asked for a breakdown by depot to see which are quiet, and asked for Aisha to join. Marcus agreed on 24 Apr 2026.

Ask: Liam wants the depot breakdown so he can see which depots are quiet, and says getting the depots on it properly is the point of the whole thing.

Customer view: engaged and positive. He notes that Aisha has done most of the day-to-day admin.

Next: Marcus will bring the depot breakdown and add Aisha to the Wednesday 14:00 invite.

Morning Liam, Hope the week's been kind. I'd like to get a short check-in in the diary now that we're a few weeks on from the QBR. Nothing heavy. I want to share the usage numbers by depot team and hear how the depot account managers are getting on with it. I could do any of these next week: - Tuesday at 10:00 - Wednesday at 14:00 - Thursday at 09:30 Thirty minutes should be plenty. Happy to jump on a call whichever suits. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Love that, yes let's do it. Wednesday at 14:00 works for me. Tuesday is the operations review so I'm out of it most of the morning. One ask: can you bring the breakdown by depot? I want to see which ones are quiet. Can we get the depots on it properly? That's the point of the whole thing. One view. Should Aisha join? She's been doing most of the day-to-day admin, so she'd probably get more out of it than I would. Cheers, Liam

Hi Liam, Brilliant, Wednesday at 14:00 it is. I'll send the invite after this. Yes, I'll bring the depot breakdown, and I'll start the call by sharing my screen so we can look at it together. I'll add Aisha to the invite as well. She'll be glad of it, I think. Speak Wednesday. Thanks, Marcus
