After the 2 Apr 2026 QBR, Marcus Bell reported more people logging in and depot managers asking their own questions. Aisha Rahman raised an unsure filter setup and a Tuesday pack on an old saved view. Marcus took both.

Customer view: Aisha confirmed the summary matched her notes and replied constructively. She is unsure of her delivery-exception filters and has not touched the Tuesday pack for fear of breaking it.

Ask: Marcus asked each contact for two or three questions the brain cannot yet answer. He will repoint the Tuesday pack himself and write up the filter steps.

Next: Marcus proposed half an hour with Liam to plan the depot rollout. The term runs to 30 Nov 2026.

Hi Liam, Aisha, Thanks for making time today. Good session, and good to see more of the team joining in. A quick note of what we covered so it's in writing: - Usage: more people are logging in than last quarter, and the depot account managers are asking more of their own questions rather than going through Liam's team. I've pulled the numbers and will send the one-page summary alongside this. - Tickets: it's been a quiet month, one ticket and nothing urgent, so no concerns there. - Contract: you're on Growth, with a licence that covers your current headcount in the brain with plenty of room. Your term runs to 30 Nov 2026, so there's no rush, but I'll come back to you well before then. - Next step: Liam would like to get the remaining depots onto the brain, and Aisha is going to tidy the delivery-exception views so the depot managers see the same thing as head office. One ask: could you each send me the two or three questions you'd most like the brain to answer that it can't today? I'll take them to the team and see what's possible. Happy to jump on a call if anything above doesn't match your recollection. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Thanks for the summary, that's really helpful and matches my notes. Just flagging two things. On the delivery-exception views, I've started on them but I'm not certain I've set up the filters properly for the smaller depots. I've attached a screenshot of where I've got to, in case you can tell me whether I'm on the right track. Also, is it me or does the Tuesday review pack still pull from an older saved view? I haven't touched it yet because I didn't want to break anything. I'll send my questions for the brain tomorrow. Hi Aisha, Thanks, and don't worry about the filters. From the screenshot you're on the right track. The only thing I'd change is to set the depot field first and then the exception category, otherwise the smaller depots drop out. I'll write the steps up properly tomorrow. On the Tuesday pack, you're right, it's still pointing at the old saved view. Leave it with me and I'll repoint it so you don't have to risk it yourself. Liam, if you're free next week, shall we book half an hour to plan the depot rollout? Bring your list. Thanks, Marcus
