Logistical thread: Marcus Bell asked for a check-in and Liam Doherty accepted a Thursday afternoon slot. Liam again said he wants the depots using the brain more. No concerns or commercial terms raised.

Ask: Marcus wanted half an hour to show the latest numbers, which he said look steadier than at the start of the year. He planned to cover depot adoption and any gaps in what the brain can do.

Customer view: Liam welcomed the numbers and repeated his main concern, getting depots on it. He apologised for the slow reply, citing retail contracts.

Next: Marcus sends an invite for Thursday afternoon and leads with usage by depot.

Hi Liam, Hope the week's going well. It's been a while since our last proper catch-up, so I'd like to get a check-in in the diary. Nothing urgent on my side. I've pulled the latest numbers and usage looks steadier than it did at the start of the year, and I'd like to show you what I'm seeing and hear how it feels from where you sit. In particular: - how the depot account managers are getting on with it - whether there's anything you'd like the brain to do that it doesn't yet - anything you'd want me to raise with the team here It should only need half an hour. Do you have a slot next week that suits? Happy to work around the Tuesday review. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a mad week with a couple of retail contracts to sort out. Love that you've pulled the numbers, I'd like to see them. Can we get the depots on it a bit more? That's the thing I keep coming back to. One view, that's the point. Thursday afternoon looks free for me, anything after lunch. Send an invite and I'll accept. Hi Liam, No problem at all, that's useful. Thursday afternoon works for me. I'll send an invite shortly for the early part of the afternoon, and shout if the time doesn't suit. I'll share my screen and start with the usage by depot, then we can pick out where it's worth putting some effort in. If there are depot managers you think would be good to bring along, let me know and I'll add them. Thanks, Marcus
