Marcus Bell proposed a check-in covering depot sessions, admin help and the November contract. Liam Doherty agreed, wants depots using the brain properly, and asked for Aisha to join. Marcus confirmed Thursday at 14:00.

Customer view: Liam said "One view, that's the point" and wants the depots using the brain properly. He is concerned that Aisha is doing a lot of the day to day and should not be left alone with it.

Next: Marcus confirmed Thursday at 14:00 and will copy Aisha in. He will start with usage numbers and pick the depots to begin with.

Hi Liam, Just following up on the QBR note from earlier in the month. Shall we book half an hour in the next week or so for a proper check-in? I'd like to cover: - how the depot sessions are going - where Aisha needs a hand on the admin side - what you'd like the brain to be answering by the time the contract comes up in November I can do most days next week. Let me know what suits and I'll send an invite. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a mad few days here. Love the idea of a check-in, and yes, I do want to get the depots using it properly. One view, that's the point. Thursday afternoon would work for me, or Friday morning if that's easier for you. Can we get Aisha on it too? She's doing a lot of the day to day now and I don't want her left on her own with it. Hi Liam, No problem at all. Thursday at 14:00 works for me, so I'll send an invite now and copy Aisha in. I'll share my screen and start with the usage numbers, then we can pick the depots to start with. Thanks, Marcus
