Current to 10 Oct 26Marcus Bell proposed a January QBR with Liam Doherty at Brackwell Freight. Liam agreed to the second week of January, mornings, and said the real aim is getting depot managers onto the brain. Largely logistical, with a usage theme.
Ask: Marcus wanted a January QBR slot and flagged steady usage, a small dip in active users, no tickets and headroom on licensed users. Liam replied with a preferred week and asked for the pre-read.
Customer view: Liam explained the user dip as depot managers being off in a quiet December. He keeps returning to wider depot adoption as the point of the product.
Next: Marcus sends the usage summary ahead of the QBR and books a short agenda call first, as Liam suggested.

I've pulled the numbers for the last quarter and a few things stood out: - Usage is steady, with a small dip in active users compared with the quarter before - No tickets from your team in the last month, which I'm reading as a good sign - You've got plenty of headroom on licensed users, so there's room to bring more of the depot account managers on if you want to I'd like to use the QBR to look at how revenue ops and the depots are using the brain day to day, and whether there's anything on the connector side you'd like us to look at. Happy to jump on a call and share my screen so we can go through it together. Could you let me know which week in January suits you? Early in the month is probably easiest for me, but I can work around you. Thanks, Marcus

The dip in users doesn't surprise me, a few of the depot managers have been off and December is always quiet for us. Can we get the depots on it properly in the new year? That's the real point, one view of accounts, tickets and calls. For the QBR, the second week of January works best. Mornings are better than afternoons. If you can send over what you've pulled beforehand I'll have a look and bring a short list of things I'd like to cover, mostly around getting the depot managers using it more. Shall we book half an hour first to agree the agenda, then the full session after?
