Ask: Rachel asks Joanne to confirm the PO number to quote and to send a remittance advice once payment is scheduled.

For your records, the details are as follows: - Invoice number: INV-002-0004 - Issued: 1 Dec 2025 - Due: 31 Dec 2025 - Covers: the Growth subscription for the term to 30 Nov 2026 The net amount, the VAT line and the gross amount are set out on the attached invoice. The subscription covers the licensed users on your order form, and the amounts match the order form on file with us. Could you confirm the PO number you would like quoted against this invoice? If one is needed on our side, I will reissue the document so it matches your records and you are not held up at the payment run. Payment details are at the foot of the invoice. If you could send a remittance advice once the payment is scheduled, that would be much appreciated. Please let me know if anything on the invoice does not match what you hold.
