Marcus Bell asks for a check-in before the term ends on 30 Nov 2025. Liam Doherty says the tickets are not worrying him and agrees Thursday morning. He raises daily depot use and admin cover at the turn of the month.

Ask: Marcus wants to review recent tickets, depot account manager progress and any licence changes.

Customer view: Liam is relaxed on support, saying the team have been quick. His agenda is daily depot use, ideas for the delivery-exception view, and avoiding an admin gap at the turn of the month.

Next: a Thursday morning call, with Liam accepting an invite from Marcus. The thread does not show the renewal being signed.

Hi Liam, Just a short note to say I'd like a proper check-in before the end of the month. Your current term finishes on 30 Nov 2025, so it's worth us touching base while it's fresh. I've pulled the numbers again. Usage is still climbing compared with the previous quarter, which is good to see. You've had a handful of tickets over the last few weeks, and I'd like to go through them with you so we know they've been dealt with properly and nothing is lingering. What I'd like to cover: - the recent tickets and whether you're happy with how they were handled - how the depot account managers are getting on - anything you'd like to do with the licence, and anything you want the brain to do that it doesn't yet Shall we book thirty minutes? I'm free tomorrow afternoon or Thursday morning if either works. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a long day at Trafford Park. Thanks for the nudge. Thursday morning is good for me. Anything after nine is fine, as long as it's before the depot managers' catch-up. On the tickets, nothing's worrying me. Mostly small things and the team have been quick, but I'm happy to go through them so we've got a clean list. On my side I want to talk about: - getting the depots using it every day, not just when something goes wrong - a couple of ideas for the delivery-exception view - what happens on the admin side at the turn of the month, so there's no gap Send an invite and I'll accept it. Speak soon. Cheers, Liam
