- Marcus Bell 26 Sep 2025 09:33Hi Liam, It's time for the next quarterly review. Happy to jump on a call whenever suits you. Half an hour would do it, or a bit longer if you want to go through the depot detail. As usual I'll share my screen and walk through: - questions asked and who is asking them - connectors and whether everything is loading as it should - how the depot account managers are using it compared with last time - anything you'd like the brain to do that it doesn't yet I've pulled the numbers already, and there are a couple of things in them I'd like your view on. Nothing alarming, I just want to make sure I'm reading them the way you'd read them. With the term ending on 30 Nov 2025, I'd also like to leave a few minutes at the end to line up the renewal conversation, so we don't lose time later. Could you send me a couple of times next week? Thanks, Marcus
- Liam Doherty 1 Oct 2025 10:28Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a proper week here. Peak season is coming and the depots are flat out. How about Tuesday morning, say 09:30, or Thursday at 15:00 if that's better? Either is fine for me. I'd like to bring one or two of the depot account managers along for the usage section, so they can say what's useful and what's not. Would that work for you? Good to hear you've spotted a couple of things in the numbers. I've a hunch about one of them, it'll be the way a few of the teams changed how they log delivery exceptions. Let's go through it on the call rather than trade guesses by email. And yes, let's use the end of the call to sort out the renewal. I'd rather have it agreed well before the end of November.
