- Marcus Bell 1 Sep 2025 16:08Hi Liam, Hope the week's off to a decent start. This is the formal renewal notice for Brackwell. Your current term runs to 30 Nov 2025, and the renewal would start on 1 Dec 2025 on the Growth tier. I've copied Tom in, as he has the paperwork and will confirm the commercial side with you directly. While I was pulling the renewal pack together I've pulled the numbers on usage, and I wanted to flag something before we get to the paperwork: - Active users over the last month are well down on the previous quarter, by something like a third or more - On a day-to-day basis it's a handful of people using the brain, against a licence that covers a much larger group - Nothing has come through support, so there's no ticket trail to explain it either way I don't want to read too much into it. It could be holiday season, it could be that the depot account managers haven't picked it up the way you hoped, or it could be something else entirely. I just think it's worth understanding before the renewal conversation rather than after. Happy to jump on a call and share my screen so we can look at who's using what. Shall we book half an hour next week? Thanks, Marcus
- Liam Doherty 3 Sep 2025 14:33Hi Marcus, Thanks for the heads up, and for being straight about the numbers. Love that you've looked before it turned into a surprise. Honestly, I'm not shocked. The revenue ops team still lives in it, but the depot account managers have drifted back to their own spreadsheets, especially since a couple of the depots had a busy summer. That's on me as much as anyone. I rolled it out, did the training sessions, and then moved on to other things. The value is still there for us. One view, that's the point, and the retail contracts we spotted early last year paid for it. What we need is to get the depots on it properly. Can we get the depots on it? Maybe a short refresher session with each depot lead, run by you and me together? Next week works for a call. Send over a couple of slots and I'll pick one. I'd like to have a plan to show my own management before we sign anything. Cheers, Liam
