Marcus flagged fewer logins and questions. Liam Doherty said summer is only part of it and depots still use their own spreadsheets. A Tuesday 10:00 call is set.

Ask: Marcus reported a gradual fall in logins and questions with connectors loading and no support tickets. Liam asked to see the delivery-exception ticket view on screen.

Customer view: Liam admitted the depots are not on the brain as he wanted at rollout, and they still go back to spreadsheets.

Next: Marcus is to cover usage by depot, the ticket view and training or saved questions.

Hi Liam, Hope the week's off to a decent start. I've pulled the numbers for Brackwell ahead of our next check-in and I'd like to talk them through with you rather than just fire a report over. A few things stood out: - fewer people are logging in than in the spring, and it's been gradual rather than a sudden drop - the number of questions being asked has eased off too - the connectors are all still loading fine and nothing has come through to support, so it doesn't look like a technical thing My guess is it's summer and people being away, but I don't want to guess. You know the depots far better than I do. Happy to jump on a call. Shall we book half an hour next week? Tuesday or Thursday would suit me, mornings best. If you can bring a depot account manager or two, even better, as I'd like to hear what's getting in the way for them. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thanks for flagging this, and fair enough. I'd noticed it myself, to be honest. Some of it is summer. A couple of the depot managers have been off, and we've had a lot on with retail contract reviews, so the brain has slipped down the list. But I won't pretend it's only that. I haven't got the depots on it the way I wanted when we rolled it out. One view, that's the point, and right now they're still going back to their own spreadsheets for a lot of it. Tuesday works. Can we say 10:00? I'll try to get one of the Trafford Park account managers on the call, because they're the ones who'd really tell you straight. Can you also bring the delivery-exception ticket view up on screen? I'd like to see whether that's something I can sell to them properly. Cheers, Liam

Hi Liam, Tuesday at 10:00 is perfect, I'll send the invite shortly. On the call I'll share my screen and cover three things: - usage by depot, so we can see where it's being used and where it isn't - the delivery-exception ticket view, as you asked - what would make it easier for the depot account managers to get into it, whether that's a short training session or a few saved questions set up for them I'll have the numbers ready beforehand so we're not hunting for them on the call. Thanks for being so open about it. That makes it much easier to work out something useful. Thanks, Marcus
