Marcus Bell and Liam Doherty agree a Thursday 10:00 check-in. Liam welcomes rising usage and asks for the quieter depots to be put on the agenda.

Ask: Marcus asked for half an hour to review usage since the QBR. Liam accepted and asked for the quieter depots to be covered.

Customer view: Liam is positive and sees depot managers as "the missing piece", wanting usage visible by site.

Next: Marcus is to send the invite and bring usage by depot and who is asking the questions.

Hi Liam, Hope the week is treating you well. I wanted to get the next check-in in the diary, now that the walkthrough for the depot account managers has been out for a bit. I've pulled the numbers and usage has crept up since the QBR, which is nice to see. I'd like to go through where it's coming from and which depots are still quiet, and hear how the depot managers have found it. Shall we book half an hour sometime next week? I'm flexible on days. Let me know what suits and I'll send an invite. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Love that usage is moving the right way. The depot managers have been the missing piece, so anything that shows who's using it by site is great. One view, that's the point. Next week is a bit mixed. Monday is out, I'm tied up with a customer review. Tuesday morning is the operations review, so I'd rather keep that clear for Aisha as she runs the numbers. Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning would both work. Could you do Thursday at 10:00? Can we get the quieter depots on the agenda too? I'd like to know what's stopping them. Cheers, Liam

Hi Liam, Thursday at 10:00 works for me. I'll send the invite now and share my screen at the start so we can go straight through the usage by depot. I'll make sure the quieter depots are on the list, and I'll bring the numbers on who's asking the questions as well, so we can see whether it's spread across the teams or sitting with a few people. If anything changes before then, just let me know. Thanks, Marcus
