Marcus Bell flagged that depot usage had eased. Liam Doherty agreed it is partly busy periods but thinks not every depot manager has the habit yet, and asked for a list of the quietest depots.

Customer view: mixed. Liam accepts usage has eased and says some depot managers have not got into the habit, but still wants the depots on it properly.

Ask: a list of the quietest depots so he knows where to start.

Next: a call on Thursday at 10:00, with Marcus sending the depot breakdown on Wednesday afternoon. Marcus linked the review to the contract coming up at the end of November.

Hi Liam, Hope the week has started well. I'd like to get a check-in in the diary for Brackwell. I've pulled the numbers and there are a few things worth going through together: - how the depot account managers are using the brain day to day - the delivery-exception tickets and whether they are showing up where you want them - what you would like to see more of before the contract comes up at the end of November Usage among the depot teams has eased a little lately, so it would be useful to hear what's going on from your side. It may well be just the time of year. Shall we book half an hour? I can do most of this week or early next week. Let me know what suits and I'll send an invite. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Good timing. Half an hour works. Thursday morning is best for me, say 10:00, as I'm in back-to-back meetings with the depots after that. On usage, I think you're right that it's partly just busy periods, but I also don't think every depot manager has really got into the habit yet. One view, that's the point, and I'd like to fix it. Can we get the depots on it properly? Maybe you can show me which depots are quietest so I know where to start. If you can send that list over beforehand, it'll make the call much quicker. Cheers, Liam

Hi Liam, Thursday at 10:00 is booked and the invite is on its way. I'll share my screen and take you through the depot breakdown, so you'll see it by team and by depot. I'll send the list over on Wednesday afternoon so you have it first.
