Marcus Bell asks Liam Doherty for a usage check-in on the Growth plan. Liam replies that getting the depots onto the brain is his priority, and a Tuesday morning call is agreed. Mostly scheduling, with one clear customer priority.

Ask: Marcus proposes a check-in covering usage against licensed users, depot account managers and delivery-exception tickets. Liam accepts and steers it to the depots.

Customer view: Liam says some depot managers still use their own spreadsheets. He wants the depots on the brain properly, which is the point of one view.

Next: Marcus confirms Tuesday morning on 2025-05-20 and asks which depots to bring on first and who leads each.

Hi Liam, Hope the week's going well. I'd like to get a check-in in the diary for the next week or so, so we can look at how the brain is being used across Brackwell and what's worth doing next. I've pulled the numbers and there are a few things I'd like to walk you through: - who is using the brain regularly and who has dropped off, set against the licensed users on the Growth plan - whether the depot account managers are getting what they need from it - the delivery-exception tickets and whether they're showing up in the same view as the calls and accounts Nothing urgent, and nothing that needs preparing on your side. I'll share my screen and take you through it. Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. Could you let me know a day that works, mornings or afternoons? Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thanks for this, love that you've got the usage numbers ready. Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a mad week with the retail contract reviews. Honestly the depot piece is the one I care about most. One view, that's the point, but I know some of the depot managers still go back to their own spreadsheets. Can we get the depots on it properly? That's what I'd like to spend the time on. Next Tuesday morning would be best for me. I'm in Trafford Park most of the day but can step out for a call. If Tuesday doesn't work, Wednesday afternoon is probably fine too. Cheers, Liam

Hi Liam, Tuesday morning works for me, thanks. I'll send an invite shortly. It will be about half an hour, which should be enough to cover the usage picture and the depot question. To make the depot discussion useful, it would help if you could tell me which depots you'd most like to bring on first and who the lead account manager is at each. If you don't have that to hand, no problem, we can sort it on the call. I'll also have a look at how the delivery-exception tickets are coming through so we're not guessing. Speak soon, Thanks, Marcus
