Marcus Bell proposed a check-in on usage and tickets. Liam Doherty welcomed the rising depot numbers, wants the remaining depots on the brain, and asked for the usage report beforehand.

Customer view: positive on depot usage. He notes one Trafford Park manager has become the person everyone asks, which helps but concentrates use in one person.

Ask: he wants to use the call to plan how the rest of the depots get on, and asked for the usage report first so he can bring a list.

Next: a call on Thursday afternoon after two. Marcus had also pointed to the 30 Nov 2025 contract end.

Hi Liam, Hope the week's been kind. I'd like to get a check-in in the diary for the Brackwell account, nothing heavy, just a catch-up on how the teams are getting on with the brain. I've pulled the numbers ahead of time and usage looks good. More of the depot account managers have been logging in over the last few weeks than before, which is what you were hoping for when we rolled it out. You've also raised a couple of tickets recently, both small and both dealt with, but I'd like to hear whether anything is still bugging you that didn't make it into a ticket. What I'd like to cover: - how the depots are using it day to day, and who's still not on it - the delivery-exception tickets and call data, and whether they're lining up the way you wanted - anything you'd like us to look at before the contract end on 30 Nov 2025 comes around Shall we book half an hour? Any afternoon early next week would suit me, or Thursday if that's easier. Happy to jump on a call whenever works for you. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a mad few days with the retail reviews. Love that the depot numbers are up. One of the managers at Trafford Park has basically become the person everyone asks, which helps a lot. I still want the rest of the depots on it, so I'd like to use the call to talk about how we get them there. One view, that's the point. Thursday afternoon works for me, any time after two. If you could share the usage report beforehand I'll have a proper look and bring a list. Cheers, Liam On 11 Apr 2025, at 17:25, Marcus Bell wrote: > Shall we book half an hour?
