After the QBR, Liam Doherty asks to put depots on the brain, starting with Trafford Park, and accepts a practical session. Marcus Bell raises the end-of-November renewal and wants to review the rollout before then.

Ask: Liam wants the depots on it, starting where most retail contracts sit, with a practical session using real exceptions and accounts.

Customer view: He is positive about the write-up and calls one view the whole point. Marcus notes Trafford Park is busiest and the other depots have only a handful of regular users.

Next: Agree a running order for the session, then review the rollout ahead of the renewal. The session date is not yet set.

Hi Liam, Thanks for joining the QBR earlier. A quick write-up while it's fresh. What we covered: - Usage is still climbing. Active users are up again on the previous quarter, and questions asked are rising with them. - Tickets are light, and the one that came in has been dealt with. - Payments are all in order. On the licence: you have licensed users on the Growth plan that you're not yet using, so you can add depot managers without any change to the contract. Two things I'd like your steer on: - Which depots should we bring in first? - Would it help if I ran a short session for the depot account managers on asking the brain about delivery exceptions? I've pulled the numbers by depot and can send them over if useful. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Love the write-up, thanks. Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy week. Can we get the depots on it? That's the whole point for me. One view, that's the point. I'd start with Trafford Park since that's where most of the retail contracts sit, then roll out to the other depots after that. Yes please to the session. If you can keep it practical, real exceptions and real accounts, the managers will take to it much faster. Send over the depot numbers too and I'll have a look before I speak to them. Cheers, Liam

Hi Liam, No problem at all. Starting with Trafford Park makes sense. As promised, I've pulled the numbers by depot and I'll attach the summary separately. Headlines: - Trafford Park is the busiest by some distance. - The other depots have a handful of regular users each, so there's room to grow. For the session, I'll build it around real delivery exceptions from your own data, as you suggested. Shall we book half an hour with you first to agree the running order? If you give me a couple of days that work, I'll send the invite. One other thing for later: your renewal is at the end of November, so it would be good to look at how the depot rollout has gone before then. No rush on that, I'll raise it again after the session. Thanks, Marcus
