Ask: Liam wants the depots on it properly and asked for the agenda to cover how to spot an at-risk retail contract earlier. He will bring account managers from Trafford Park.

Customer view: positive. He had noticed more depot managers asking questions unprompted, and he thinks the early-warning capability is nearly there but not quite.

Next: Marcus will bring a view of accounts where tickets and calls have picked up, and says it is not finished.

Hi Liam, Hope the week's started well. It's time we got the next QBR booked in and I'd like to do it properly this time, with the depot account managers in the room if you can get them. I've pulled the numbers and the headline is good: active users are up on the previous quarter and the brain is being used across more of the depots than when we last sat down. I'd like to walk you through that and then spend most of the time on what you want from it next. What I'd cover: - usage by depot and by team - how the delivery-exception tickets and calls are showing up alongside the accounts - what you want to see added before the contract comes up for renewal on 30 Nov 2025 Happy to jump on a call, or do it on Teams if that's easier. Would Thursday or Friday next week work? I'd suggest an hour, mornings are best for me. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Love that. Good to hear usage is moving the right way, I'd noticed a few more of the depot managers asking questions in there without me prodding them. Friday works better, Thursday is rammed with customer reviews. Can we do 10:00? I can bring a couple of the account managers from Trafford Park, and I'll try to get one or two from the other depots on too. Can we get the depots on it properly? That's what I want to push on. One view, that's the point. One thing I'd like on the agenda: how we spot an at-risk retail contract earlier, before the customer rings us. I think we're nearly there but not quite. Cheers, Liam

Hi Liam, Friday at 10:00 is booked, invite on its way to you and I'll leave it open for you to forward to the depot team. Added your point to the agenda. I'll bring a view of the accounts where tickets and call activity have picked up, so we can talk about what a useful early signal looks like for you. I won't pretend it's finished, but it should give us something concrete to react to. If there's anything else you want covered, send it over before then and I'll fold it in. Otherwise I'll share my screen and take you through it on the day. Thanks, Marcus
