Liam Doherty accepts a Tuesday 14:00 check-in and raises three points: uneven depot usage, exception tickets matching retail accounts, and whether all forty licensed seats are really used.

Ask: Liam wants to know why some account managers are in daily and others barely log in. He also wants the exception tickets to line up with retail accounts in one view.

Customer view: he suspects not all forty seats on the contract are used, which is a value question that could affect the next commercial conversation.

Next: Tuesday 14:00 call, with a depot manager possibly joining the first part.

Hi Liam, Hope the week's going OK. I'd like to get our next check-in in the diary and I've pulled the numbers so we've got something concrete to look at together. What I'd like to cover: - how the revenue ops team and the depot account managers are getting on with the brain - the delivery-exception tickets view and whether it's showing what you hoped - anything you want changed before we get further into the year I've got space on Monday or Tuesday next week. Would 10:00 or 14:00 suit either day? Happy to jump on a call, and I'll share my screen and walk you through the usage report. If it's easier to bring a couple of the depot managers along, that's fine by me. Just say. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Thanks for this. Tuesday at 14:00 works for me, I'll block it out now. Love that you've pulled the numbers already. A few things from my side: - can we get the depots on it? Some of the account managers are in every day and a few barely log in, and I'd like to understand why - I want to be sure the exceptions tickets are lining up properly with the retail accounts, one view, that's the point - I'll check how many of our licensed seats are really being used, since we've got forty on the contract and I suspect not all of them are I'll probably have one of the depot managers sit in for the first part. I'll let you know on Monday. Cheers, Liam
