Marcus Bell sends notes after the check-in: only a handful of the forty licensed Growth users log in daily, mostly revenue operations. He proposes a hands-on depot session, example questions and a follow-up usage summary.

Ask: Marcus asks Liam Doherty which depots to prioritise and proposes a call next week to settle timing. There is no customer reply in the thread.

Customer view: As Marcus records it, the depots got busy and the habit slipped, and some managers are unsure what to ask the brain.

Next: A session built on the depots' own accounts and delivery exceptions, then a usage summary to test whether it helped.

Hi Liam, Thanks for your time today. As promised, here are my notes from the check-in so we both have the same version of what we said. What I've pulled from the numbers: - Brackwell is licensed for forty users on Growth, but only a handful are logging in on a typical day, and fewer than at the end of last quarter. - The drop is mostly in the depot account managers. Revenue operations are still using it regularly, which is you and a small number of others. - Tickets have been very quiet. On its own that's fine, but alongside the lower usage I'd rather not read it as everything being settled. - The connectors are all loading and the nightly refresh is doing what it should, so I don't think this is a data problem. What you said on the call, as I understood it: the depots got busy over the peak period and the habit of checking the brain before speaking to a retail customer slipped. You also said some of the depot managers aren't sure what questions to ask it. What I'd like to do: - Run a short hands-on session with the depot managers, built around their own accounts and delivery exceptions, so they see something relevant straight away. - Share a simple list of example questions you can circulate internally. - Come back to you with a usage summary after that so we can see whether it's made a difference. I'm happy to jump on a call to settle the timing. Shall we book half an hour next week? One other thing. It would be good to hear from you which depots you'd prioritise, since you know the retail contracts better than I do. Thanks, Marcus
