Marcus Bell flags fewer logins and a quiet ticket queue. Liam Doherty admits depot managers drifted back to spreadsheets, says he has not pushed the rollout, and asks for a call to fix it.

Ask: Marcus asks whether something is blocking the depot account managers or has changed on the customer side.

Customer view: Liam blames part of the drop on the January slump but says that is not the whole story. He takes responsibility for not pushing adoption since the rollout.

Next: Liam wants a call the following week to go through who is and is not logging in.

Hi Liam, Hope the year has started well. I wanted to get a check-in in the diary, as I've pulled the numbers for the last few weeks and wanted to share a few things I've noticed: - fewer people are logging in than last quarter, which is a noticeable drop - there's only been one ticket from your side recently, so it's been quiet - the licences on the Growth plan have plenty of room, so it isn't a capacity thing I don't want to read too much into it, as the weeks after Christmas are always odd. But I'd rather ask than assume. Is anything getting in the way for the depot account managers, or has something changed on your side that we should know about? Happy to jump on a call if that's easier than email. Shall we book half an hour this week or next? Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Thanks for flagging, and sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy week. I think part of it is the usual January slump, a few people have been out and the depots have been flat out. But I won't pretend that's the whole story. I think some of the depot managers drifted back to their old spreadsheets over the break and haven't picked the brain back up. That's on me as much as anyone, I haven't pushed it since we rolled it out. Can we do a call next week? I'd like to go through who's logging in and who isn't, then work out how to get the depots back on it. I'd rather fix it properly than let it drift. Cheers, Liam
