QBR follow-up and next steps

Hi Liam, hi Aisha, Thanks for your time on the QBR call. Here's a short note of what we covered so you both have it in writing. Where things stand: - Active users are lower than they were last quarter. Some of that will be the quieter period over Christmas, but I'd like to look at it properly with you. - There were three tickets in the last month, one of them marked high priority. All have been answered, and I'm happy to go through them with Aisha if useful. - The delivery-exception and call data are being used together by the depot account managers, which was the point of buying the brain. What I'd suggest next: - Aisha and I pick a half hour to go through the admin side, so you're not carrying it alone. - Liam, you send me the depots you'd like to see more activity from, and I'll put together something short for them. Hi Marcus, Thanks for the note, that's really helpful to have. Just flagging two things. First, on the users, I've attached a screenshot of the admin page as I see it. I can see people who haven't logged in recently, but I'm not sure whether that's because they've stopped needing it or because they've lost the link. I didn't want to guess, so it would be good to understand it with you. Second, I'd welcome the admin walkthrough. I've been getting on with the basics, but I'm still learning where some of the settings are and I'd rather ask than change something by mistake. Is it me or are the connectors page and the users page showing slightly different things? Might just be me. Thanks, Aisha

Hi both, Thanks Aisha, the screenshot helps. I've had a look and I'll go through it with you on the walkthrough rather than guess from here. On the users and connectors pages, they do show different things, so you're not imagining it. I'll explain how to read them together when we speak. Proposed plan: - Aisha and I take half an hour next week for the admin walkthrough. I'll send a couple of slots. - I'll bring a list of the users who haven't been in recently, so we can see who needs a nudge and who doesn't need a seat. - Liam, still keen to have your depot names when you have a minute.
